Full Driver’s Education Course

Our comprehensive education course includes each facet of a driver’s education, so all requirements can be completed before you’re legally behind the wheel. Our instructors have years of experience guiding students with supervised driving.

In addition to 30 comfortable hours at our education center, new drivers can utilize:

  • 30 hours of in-person instruction
  • 12 hours of comfortable driving lessons
  • 6 hours of observation lessons

Vehicles for driving lessons are provided by The Next Street. Whether you’re a teen or a first-time driving adult, you can take your driver’s ed course at our convenient Leominster, MA location in preparation for your license exam.

While it may feel intimidating to take on I-90, our school properly prepares you to safely cruise any city or zip code within boundaries.

Comprehensive Driving Lessons

If your goal is to tackle Washington Street or make it through Pleasant Street with full confidence, The Next Street is the place to start. With our instructor-supervised driving lessons, you’ll have the same skills any licensed driver should have, including:
  • Accelerating
  • Braking
  • Turning
  • Speed Management
  • Lane Designation
  • Urban and Rural Driving
  • Highway and Freeway Driving
  • & More!
For those with busy schedules, classes can be taken within the hours you can attend. Choose from:
  • 4 Two-Hour Sessions
  • 2 Four-Hour Sessions
  • 1 Eight-Hour Session (18+)
During these hours, you will start from the bottom and work your way up to more advanced skills (like parallel parking) that will be tested in your license session. No matter which time frame you choose, we’ll have an experienced instructor present to guide you from point A to advanced comprehension.

Driver’s License Road Test at The Next Street

The beauty of our license road testing? It’s faster, more approachable, and easier to complete. Even if you choose to take your road test at the RMV, we offer a service to have one of our The Next Street test hosts be your guide, answering any pre-test questions you may have.

Enjoy a comfortable testing environment by using one of our cars, or lean on us for a confidence boost before you set out for your test. Either way, we’re here for you the entire way through. We make it easy to test at our location because we want it to be that much easier for you to drive legally.

All your RMV agent needs to do is show up and watch you test. Your testing paperwork will be completed in full by us before your test begins.

Driver’s License Road Test at the RMV (with TNS Car + Sponsor)

We know you might be nervous about your driver’s license road test. For those who choose to take their test at the RMV, this service allows for a TNS sponsor to meet you there with a state-approved car.

This way, our host is on hand, ready to answer any of your questions and settle your nerves before the test begins. And because we’re sorting out everything ahead of time, you might just get an earlier spot in line.

License test appointments at our select locations are released to us by the RMV on a month-by-month basis. You may purchase a license test during enrollment or anytime after in the student portal. Once you have completed all of your requirements and are eligible to test, please contact us to schedule your license test appointment at The Next Street.
